Prices are £50 per person per night in July-September, £45 pppn in May-June and £40 pppn the rest of the year, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

We request a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to check in. A full refund will be issued if you decide to cancel 14 days prior to check in.

The cottage will be ready for you and you can check in as soon as you arrive on the island. We request you check out by 11am on your day of departure with the exception of a Tuesday - in this case we request that you check out by 9am, due to ferry scheduling.
